Pool pumpwent out
I purchased a 18' above ground pool back in May 2023 at Walmart in Springfield, Tn.
It has been a struggle to keep it clean.
We have shocked it, frequently changed filters.
The pump was not adequate strength to keep the pool clean.
Then it began to go on and off.
We trouble shooter everything we could find.
Then, the pump just went out completely.
I am a firm believer in Coleman products. My father raised us with Coleman products, being top quality.
This is why I bought Coleman pool thinking it would be good quality. Very disappointed and we are currently draining the green pool.
Can't you help?

Horrible Customer Service
I have a GoKart that from the box had a torn Seat and after 1 hour of use the belt broke. Contacted customer service 1st week of June and after 4 representatives promising to resolve these issues no one has followed through.
Still have a broken gokart and it is almost August. I have asked for a manager to call me several times and I am told it could take 5 days for one to call but I never get a call. I am beyond upset. I feel like they just pass you off until you get so upset that you stop trying.
I have emailed with a Christina Diaz, Ediliberto Garcia and spoken to an Eddie who I am sure is Mr. Garcia and one other person. I have emailed these 2 people numerous times asking for a follow up and or a call and nothing...
Do nor buy a Coleman GoKart! They are junk and Noone will help you!

Defective Pool
Bought a Pool from Walmart 26x52x12 a few weeks ago. One the Pool took longer than scheduled delivery, two assembles Pool on level ground and upon almost filling the Pool attachment pierces snapped apart from fitment connectors ruining almost my entire back yard along with my daughters Jr size four wheel Lee as well.
Never even got a chance to use the Pool and even now still waiting on the replacement Pool that walmart has already granted after reviewing the defective Pool.
Totally disappointed by this product after spending close to a $1,000.00 plus filling up the pool. Now I must see what it will it take to correct the damages to my backyard and daughters 4wheeler

State your preferred solution and establish a time frame (ex: 10 working days) for written reply.
